Biểu thuế nhập khẩu ưu đãi đặc biệt của Việt Nam để thực hiện Hiệp định Đối tác Toàn diện và Tiến bộ xuyên Thái Bình Dương giai đoạn 2022 - 2027
About the agreement
Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Viet Nam’s partners under the agreement: 11 economies. Viet Nam’s special preferential import tariff for the agreement is issued with Decree 115/2022/NĐ-CP; the portal converts that schedule verbatim from the source tariff workbook. In force for Viet Nam since 14 January 2019; the United Kingdom acceded in 2024. Preferential rates require meeting the rules of origin and a valid proof of origin (Self-certification (CPTPP)); the portal does not confirm eligibility.

REFERENCE United Kingdom acceded to CPTPP (in force for Viet Nam from 15/12/2024). The source workbook does not state the instrument applying CPTPP rates to UK-origin goods – verify before relying on CPTPP for GB origin. "M:" values in BT2026 are a separate rate column (understood as the Mexico schedule) – verify.
Rules of origin
To use the special preferential rate, goods must meet the agreement origin rules and hold valid proof of origin. The system only applies rules backed by verified legal data.
