ASEAN–India Trade in Goods Agreement (AIFTA). Viet Nam’s partners under the agreement: 10 economies. Viet Nam’s special preferential import tariff for the agreement is issued with Decree 122/2022/NĐ-CP; the portal converts that schedule verbatim from the source tariff workbook. Preferential rates require meeting the rules of origin and a valid proof of origin (Form AI); the portal does not confirm eligibility.

Reglas de origen
Para aplicar el arancel preferencial especial, las mercancías deben cumplir las reglas de origen del acuerdo y contar con una prueba de origen válida. El sistema solo aplica reglas respaldadas por datos jurídicos verificados.
