A C/O (Certificate of Origin) proves that goods meet the origin rules. Per the source workbook's guide sheet: ACFTA – Form E; ATIGA – Form D; AJCEP – AJ; VJEPA – JV; AKFTA – AK; AANZFTA – AANZ; AIFTA – AI; VKFTA – VK; EVFTA/UKVFTA – EUR.1; Laos, Cambodia – Form S; CPTPP – self-certification.

The list is indicative only: many agreements now accept self-certification or electronic proofs. Always confirm the accepted proof under the agreement at the import date.

Check: form, origin criterion (WO, RVC, CTC, PSR), consistency with invoice and bill of lading, and validity period.
